While Twitter lets you publish pictures straight to the Twitter app or site, sharing a video on Twitter needs you to submit the film file to a third-party app or site. How to Add Video to Twitter.
Action 1.
Download and set up Vine </ahref="https:>on your iOS, Android or Windows Phone mobile phone.
Action 2.
Tap the Video camera icon in Vine's menu bar.
Action 3.
How to Add Video to Twitter, Touch and hold the center of the screen for 6 seconds to tape the video with your gadget's video camera. Additionally, tap the upward-pointing arrow icon to fill a pre-existing video.
Action 4.
Tap the check mark icon to conserve your video. Vine then loads the Share screen.

Copy the video's URL to your clipboard by clicking it and pushing Ctrl+ C. On a mobile phone, long-touch the URL and choose Copy.
