Is Facebook down? Why is Facebook down? Why are individuals reporting mistakes and blackouts with Facebook and Facebook messenger? Users are reporting issues with Facebook around the globe. Some have reported an overall blackout for more than 15 minutes or more.

Users throughout the world are reporting concerns. However, it's unknown precisely what the source of the issue is. And it's not extensive all over, as it's working for us as we type this story.

Inning accordance with posts on Down Detector from Facebook users, the issues are extensive and consist of the messenger app, performance of the Facebook wall, or merely not having the ability to visit at all. Others report problems with numerous functions of Facebook even if the website itself appears to work, such as issues with Trending news, messaging individuals, or altering their profile page, or perhaps the left sidebar is missing out on totally.
